Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Daily Intentions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use of Service

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use the service to transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Daily Intentions and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Service Availability and Beta Status

Early Release Notice: Daily Intentions is currently in early release and subject to change. While we strive to provide the best possible service, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
• Guaranteed availability at any particular time
• Compatibility with any particular device, browser, or network
• Guaranteed delivery of email notifications or alerts
• That the service will meet all of your specific requirements

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

Data Storage and Intended Use

Important: This service is designed to support parish prayer workflows and is not intended for storing sensitive personal data beyond basic account, profile, and parish information necessary for the application to function.

You should not use this service to store:

• Sensitive health information or medical records
• Financial account information or payment card details (except as processed by our payment provider)
• Government-issued identification numbers
• Highly confidential or sensitive personal information

The service is intended for managing prayer intentions, liturgical content, and parish administrative workflows. While we implement security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and you use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability to you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Intentions and its operators, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption
• Damages arising from service interruptions, errors, or unavailability
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service

Maximum Liability: Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to Daily Intentions during the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified).

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Payment Method: You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days notice.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
